From NYS Thruway or I-390
From I-390 North, exit at Ridgeway Avenue and turn left. Turn right onto Long Pond Road. Turn left at the North Entrance of the Unity Park Ridge Health Care Campus. At the first stop sign, turn right. Follow signs for Senior Housing.

From Route 104 (Ridge Road West)
Go south on Long Pond Road about two miles. Turn right at the North Entrance of the Unity Park Ridge Health Care Campus. At the first stop sign, turn right. Follow signs for Senior Housing.
